I just need to say, our AC units went out and we call another company they could not fix it, so they recommended Rowlett Air.
They sent our 2 techs Sam and Shane they came out and found the issue it wasn’t an easy fix, but they got it working,.
The unit had tilted from the lack or rain and the freon line had cracked. They pulled the unit off leveled it out and redid the pad it sits on so that it would not happen again.
The workmanship the Quality and the professionalism was outstanding I can’t recommend this local company highly enough

I had another company tell me that I had thousands of dollars in damage, and called Rowlett Air for a second opinion. The technician was kind and helpful, explaining everything to me as he was working, and ended up making repairs for about $200. This company is trustworthy, kind, and helpful. They truly just want to help and not take advantage and charge you for extra unnecessary things. They have a customer for life!
