Referred to Carus by Austin Veterans Administration for an evaluation and to repair 2 broken crowns. Carus did thorough examination and proceeded to develop a dental plan to address issues which the VA dental clinic identified but could not resolve until June or July.
I love my hygienist AJ as she is very thorough, very sincere and she really cares. My only disappointment is when I call to schedule in front desk, the hold is so long you have to spend almost an hour to get hold of a real person. I do not know if there is changes in management but there is definitely a change in efficiency and flow when booking appointment. It used to be organize and staff at front desk seem to know what they are doing. I do not have issues with service though. I love AJ and Dr Horea.
Had to go in and get fillings done. My apt was for two hours and it didn’t seem it took that long. Dr.Jett and Neha are such a great team. They made me feel comfortable. Going in I was already nervous but it went away with how friendly and reassuring they were. They explained in detail what they were going to do and asked me several times if I was okay! I will definitely be referring family and friends to this practice. thank you!
