Neil HVAC has been our go-to company for AC issues. They replaced our downstairs unit in 2024 and our upstairs unit in 2025. Unfortunately, our upstairs unit recently went out. Chris Neil, the owner, inspected our unit, explained the problem, and laid out our options. Thankfully, it was still under warranty, and as with any warranty claim, you have to work through the company or distributor. Chris handled everything himself and got the unit replaced at no cost to us. G, Josue, and Noe worked diligently to install our new unit. New 7/12/26: the new 4 ton ac was installed today. Everything is working well so far. Thanks to the professional team at Neal’s HVAC for a great job!! And hopefully we’ll save money using it!!
7/2/26: great as always. Have determined our 5 ton is too big for our square footage for our upstairs unit. It’s blowing too much air causing to leak inside the unit. Great catch! So now we’re dropping down to a 4 ton. Thanks Chris and team!!

Had an amazing experience with Neal AC today. Chris was able to set up a service call quickly despite having a packed schedule. He showed up on time with great communication through email and text of his status. He used high quality parts which companies we had used in the past had not. He was friendly, upfront, and extremely fair with his pricing. So many service companies are out to gouge you on pricing but not Neal. This company was recommended by several people and I am so glad I used them. This is for sure my HVAC company moving forward!
