They fixed my AC as quickly as possible. Looked up parts to make they were covered under warranty. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of at a price we could afford. Excellent service and excellent value! JJ and Darin are the best!Update 11/20/23 I notified JJ around 6pm yesterday that my sink was leaking and they had it fixed by 2:30 today. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! I was worried because I can’t host and cook Thanksgiving dinner with a broken sink. Today started off cold outside and inside of my house!! The heater was on but the thermostat read 60!!!I hopped on Google and searched for contractors near me, Cool Kids AC and Heat popped up and after reading their reviews I was excited and convinced this was the company for me and my family!I called and was not disappointed with the professionalism on the other end ! I spoke with a woman and she was patient and kind, she set me up with a technician who arrived on time and didn’t leave until the problem was solved.The invoice was sent after about in hour of work and it was very affordable! We had an issue with the furnace at 2 AM in the early morning, so I called them at 8 AM and reported the issue, the technician arrived by 8:50 AM, fixed the issue and restored the HVAC.Happy to be part of their service plan and they are so quick and professional.
