John’s service was nothing short of outstanding. He was not only 100% accurate in the assessment of the problem, but went out of his way to provide me with a thorough explanation of its cause, as well as the solution. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
Our Unit had a leak due to the contractors puncturing the line with a nail so we called the builder to get the warranty coverage. Christianson sent out Jeremy and he absolutely killed it. Not only was he professional but also friendly to converse with and had a great attitude for having to deal with the situation. He ran every test that he needed to and did not just stop with a simple fix but found the actual problem and completed the job. We had several other people look at it and they couldn’t even find the issue but Jeremy went above and beyond and made sure my family was taken care of. I highly recommend him. We were having low water pressure throughout our home. On 11/14, Eli scheduled the appointment for 11/16. Within 20 minutes of Nesto's arrival, he explained the reason for the low water pressure and let us know the cost to fix it. We're are very thankful for the overall experience we had.
