Micheal had my computer fixed and upgraded within a week of giving it to him. We had no problems and he gave great service and communicated well.
Edit: I've been bringing my computer to Micheal for many years now whenever it has problems and he has always fixed it quickly and been greatly helpful and cordial. I highly recommend anybody in the area go to him if you're having issues especially over more corporate repair places who have tended to be pretty cold and unhelpful in my experience while also heavily overcharging.

One of my alienware laptop component burnt and lost USB and screen. I brought it to Michael with a USB external storage. Michael was able to unmount my 2 hard drives and to back them up for an affordable price. The work was performed in 2 days notice. I do highly recommend Michael for any trouble with your computers and laptops.
