My baby threw my phone and shattered the glass and screen. I was able to drop my phone and it was like new in less than an hour. They were courteous and I was so thankful to keep my phone. Highly recommend
Logan is an absolute rockstar. He was so kind and funny and turned a bad day into a much better evening by fixing my phone fast and putting a smile on our faces. Highly recommend this place over ATT or best buy repair services.
For all the problems I've been having with Samsung and Samsung Care+, I've never had a problem with the repair end of things at UBreakIFix. They've always been helpful and courteous at every location I've been to (Austin, TX and Mt. Kisco, NY). I will be using them for electronic device repairs going forward even without an insurance or warranty claim.
