Dr. Srijana was very kind and efficient, as was her assistant Amanda. They were able to get the ball rolling on everything I needed. The doctor was also able to recommend a repair to my partial denture to hold me over until I get back from vacation at the end of August. That was very helpful.
Sarah, who works the front desk was also very kind and efficient.
And finally the office manager, whose name I didn’t write down was also very helpful. He was on the phone with my insurance for a long time getting all of the things I needed done approved.

I was calling around Georgetown to see if somebody could fit me in before July 4 weekend for a broken tooth. These days all dentists seem to be trying to upsell so I was getting annoyed. The Castle staff was on it - They got me a same day appointment in Round Rock and figured out a way to use my out of state insurance so it was covered. Folks, I didn’t make it easy - yet they remained professional, competent and kind. I have to change dentists next year and I will use them again.
Scheduling was easy- availability was great, front office staff was patient and very helpful when I had issues with insurance transferring, the assistant and provider were friendly and knowledgeable and mindful of if I felt pain- I hate the dentist but they made it a great experience
