I have had to take my Kiddo back 3 different times after a visits because they use old bands that brake the same day or a few days after the visit. When you call to schedule no one answers the phone they pick up and put you on hold. Currently on hold for 10
minutes w/no human interaction.

I have had two daughters get braces here and while the treatments are standard, the customer service is way below standard. Example, I have been on time for most of their appointments often having waiting till after the appointment time is scheduled for her to even be called back. THE ONE TIME WE ARE FIVE MINUTES LATE THEY CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT STATING SHE CANNOT BE SEEN! The clerk Ariana was not sympathetic to the minor tardiness and refused to check in my daughter. YOUR BUSINESS IS OKAY WITH THE CONVEYOR BELT OF TEETH IN AN OUT AND OKAY WITH MAKING US WAIT LONGER IN THE WAITING ROOM BUT NOT UNDERSTANDING WHEN ITS THE OTHER WAY AROUND!! 4 rounds of braces in for 4 of my 7 kids! Love it! Prince took care of us most of the times and Doc Hertzberg is the friggin goat!! Do not confuse his speed with inefficiency or lack of caring!! He’s busy and taking care of a lot of people at once but trust me he remembers everything about you or your kid!! Highly recommended!!
