The Vet Tech, a young African American lady, made our entire experience so welcoming and stress-free. She deserves an astronomical raise!! First, she saw us in the waiting area and immediately acknowledged us and asked if we had been helped yet. Although the vet was not ready for us yet, she kindly offered if we wanted to wait inside one of the rooms because the lobby was a bit loud. Lastly, she was very curteous throughout the whole process of asking for our pet’s history and information. I think her name was Maleah, but we can’t remember. Her customer service was so good we will make the 1hr drive again just to visit this location!

The clinic is quiet and the personnel are fabulous! They handled my cats gently and effectively, so they were calm. I felt comfortable and confident that cats were being well cared for

This was our first time here to this vet and our experience was anything short of exceptional! The grooming department sent us over because they couldn't accept international shot records which my dog had since when I purchased him, it was given to me. So I was sent to the vet to try and covert the records. When I went over we spoke with Wendy who was very helpful in seeing if it was possible. She talked to the doctor who told me that the dates were not adding up so she recommended getting his rabies done just to be sure since that's all they required.
