We hired Duran’s Roofing to replace our roof after the hail storm on May 1, 2026. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Anthony came out to our house to inspect it and saw the obvious damage. He worked with our Insurance company to walk us through the process. We paid our insurance deductible and Duran’s took care of all the other communication with our insurance company. Jennie is the office manager and she communicated daily with us to keep us informed. The job took 3.5 days to complete because of all the details required. The owner of the company, Robert Duran, came by daily to inspect and make sure everything was on track. Fantastic Company!!! Had my roof replaced, price very reasonable, excellent installation and clean up. But even more impressive is the customer service. They came out in the morning, afternoon and after completion to check on the worked completed by their crew and to check in with me that I was pleased and if I had any questions or concerns. This kind of service in today's world is Exceptional!!!
I have Duran's on speed dial for issues concerning my home.. they have done several repairs on my roof over the years and consulted on other items and are always helpful and honest. If it's broken, they tell me-- on at least one occasion, spotting a problem I didn't know I had, and if it's fine, they also tell me.
