I called Helix for their carpet restoration service after another carpet cleaning company ruined my carpeting with their chemicals and cleaning process leaving my carpets soaking wet after 6 days of drying. My carpets smelled horrendous. After seeing all the debris Helix removed from my carpets I am very disappointed with the first company. I'm sorry I didn't call Helix first. We had a great experience with this company. They were able to repair a patch of the carpet to near perfect and deep cleaned the carpet in our office. He was so kind and helpful, and when I needed to change dates and add more carpets to be cleaned, it was no issue at all for them.
