After being seated in the IV chair and being hooked up. Then the front desk girl comes around with the smoke stuff or incense . But if this is a medical facility yeah they don't do that in hospitals and there's a reason why they don't do that in hospitals, it's because there's people with asthma and allergies that are sensitive. It's just incense...and a lot of people don't want to breath in smoke and funky smells.

I needed IV fluids for dehydration after having a tummy bug. This place is immaculately clean, professional (IV done by skilled Physicians Assistant), and peaceful. I highly recommend it!
