Highly recommend this family owned business who supports other small businesses and carries a wide array of holistic supplements. They are welcoming and knowledgeable. This place is truly a gem. Services were exceptional and very reasonably priced.

So relaxing and the front desk is so sweet. The only thing I didn't agree with was pairing me with two other people that were sick in the salt Spa. I just came for relaxation and they were coughing and sneezing inside and enclosed area. That made me very uncomfortable but the private sauna I will be back for that because it was absolutely amazing.

Ambassadors of the health benefits of salt, the owners walk you through their salt options. The room was spacious, peaceful and a great introduction to halotherapy. For those needing a more immediate shot, the booth gives 10 mins of intense treatment. Take a leisurely drive out to Rockwall, sit and dig your feet into the salt and just breathe deep. You'll feel and look better.
