I went in today to order contact lenses for my husband and Bernadette was fabulous. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my situation. I had some hurdles with his prescription and she was able to walk me thru the issues and helped me get them resolved. Coming from an eye doctor’s office with not the best customer service I found Bernadette like a breath of fresh air. I will definitely recommend Roanoke Vision Center.
Debbie is hands down the best! Was so beyond helpful when I was in a rush to get a refill on my prescription and she helped get me in and get me taken care of! If you are looking for a prescription or eye doctor or need help with vision go see Debbie at Roanoke Walmart and vision!
I was assisted by Cheryl and Mahia, very sweet ladies and excellent customer service. Cheryl helped adjust my glasses to my face and now they don’t fall down anymore. I am extremely happy. Thank you ladies!!!!
