We’ve had a great experience at this America’s Best location! My 9-year-old son is learning to wear contacts, and Kim has been incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging with him throughout the process. She took extra time walking him through putting his contacts in step by step, never rushing him, and reassuring him when he got frustrated. She explained everything clearly and made sure he felt comfortable and confident.

First time there for an eye exam (or really any service from the company) and I was told to expect it to take an hour and a half. First I get a call from them wanting me to call them because I’m using insurance, which is fine, but when I call about a day in a half later, they act like they have no clue why I called. I get there before my appointment and don’t get called back even for my initial part of the appointment until 20 after the appointment time. It was well over an hour and a half before I finally got to see the doctor, who at least was nice, but constantly on the move slowing appointments down.

Kim, Jenny, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, it feels like visiting a friend’s home warm, welcoming, and comfortable while still receiving top-notch expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!
