I drove to this location because it was a referral from a family member. It was worth the longer drive. The moment I walked in .. I was greeted with a smiling face and she explained my visit cost in great detail . The Tech was so helpful and nice. You could tell she truly enjoys her work & is there to treat you with first class service & technology. The Doctor was truly incredible. The most thorough exam .. I have had . It was such an awesome experience. At the end of my appointment .. I was greeted with a very knowledgeable & super helpful person. I couldn’t believe the deal .. we got on contacts and sunglasses! I would recommend this office .

I recently went to an appointment at this office in Roanoke. It was absolutely the most amazing experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. Everyone was so helpful and polite , the doctor was so awesome I absolutely love her! And I got glasses and contacts for a reasonable price and the lady ordering everything was so helpful.

These guys always take care of me, I have rimless glasses and I have the absolute worst luck having the lenses (get sat on) accidentally pop out.Katrina is my saviour! always so sweet and understanding, last time it seems as if she bullet proofed them! Just ordered a second pair after my latest exam.
