I recently moved to Sugar Land and got several bids for a garage remodel, including a master bathroom and living area for my mobility challenged brother. One of the bids was BCI and unfortunately I chose to go with a different contractor. Long story short, the previous contractor bailed on me with 3/4th’s of the money, with only 1/3rd of the work completed. I reached out to Daniel at BCI and he came back and re-evaluated the project, agreed to complete the work at his original bid price, no questions asked.
