Baladez Construction Inc.
“We had such a wonderful experience with Baladez Construction Inc. They took our older, frumpy house and completely transformed it into a beautiful, stylish, updated home that we absolutely love.
Their crew and subcontractors were excellent—professional, skilled, dependable, and clearly knew what they were doing. We genuinely enjoyed having everyone around and actually missed them when the project was finished!
I will admit that we probably micro-managed the job a little more than most people—it’s just in our DNA!—but the Baladez team handled us with patience and professionalism every step of the way.
A special shout-out to their designer, Emmahlyn, who is truly a gem. She has wonderful taste and was incredibly responsive. Every time I messaged her about something, she followed up and made sure it was taken care of. I trusted her completely with our home, from design decisions to finishes and material selections, and she did an amazing job bringing everything together.
We were so happy with the finished project that we are already hiring Baladez Construction again for another smaller project. That probably says it all!
We would highly recommend Baladez Construction Inc. to anyone looking for a talented, trustworthy team that takes pride in their work. We look forward to working with them again!”
