“Balladez Construction was outstanding from beginning to end.. The pre-construction consultation set the tone for project. Daniel his site manager(David) went step-by-step how work would be done. Day1 David met material delivery truck and accounted for everything needed. Each day he gave us a status review and stayed with workers entire day.The workers were the best:professional, polite, and efficient.They prep the home to allow least evasive and continuous cleaning as they worked. They arrived early each day to survey the work and continued working the entire day. Linda was not completely satisfied with minor details and the crew came back next day and worked until she(we) were COMPLETELY SATISFIED. No questions or push back... amazing.Again, the sheetrockers, painters, electrician, and other workers were Top Grade-A. Finally, the pricing for the professional work goes unmatched and we are looking forward to other projects such as flooring restoration in a few week. Lastly, the front office has to be the most welcoming and friendliest staff around.Baladez Construction is the Best!!!“
