I must say but Mr Victor let me pay the next day. I saw the reviews, and maybe he was in a mood, but also, it seems like it takes two to tango.

He did not have a mood or an attitude and whatnot with me, and I always had great customer service.

I got a pair of Johnson and Murphy ($180 wingtip) repaired in February 2024 and it was completed on time.They are just as comfortable and don’t feel the need to be broken in. They seemed very slippery, but in the end it was not an issue.I got my soles and back strap replaced, and a polish. Think I should have gotten them re dyed. I could communicate clearly. Make sure to verify.Will go back and send my friends.

So most of the bad reviews are over 4 years ago. I don’t know who was here before but… I took a pair of Mezlans to be resoled and WOW! Great work. So good I took a second pair right back the next day. I will be bringing all my Mezlans here from now on.
