Was quoted one price by an older gentleman when I dropped my shoes off, but charged an additional $7 dollars at pickup, and additional $3 dollars when my card was charged.
A $23 dollar purchase magically became $33.
The gentleman who charged me at pickup didn't even reciprocate a greeting when I arrived as if he didn't want my patronage.
The service qas ok, but I'll find another shoe repair service who can be more honest and polite in their business dealings. The older gentleman was nice enough, but the employee at pickup was extremely rude and over charged me.
This is the shoe repair store that used to be in Preston Forest shopping center. I used to love the convenience and workmanship of Polos in Preston Forest, and it moved away a few years ago. I really needed my shoes polished up, and I was sad, being unable to locate it. I had a hunch and tried this location from searching Google Maps. I was so delighted to find out it's the same business! Good work and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shoe repair.
Excellent, professional workmanship. Will never go anywhere else. Very reasonable, gave us an estimated time of completion, and kept their word. I've taken two boots for sole and heel replacement. LOVED IT!! Try it , you'll like it.
