Here the scoop. I paid $90 to get vibram soles changed onto my Birkenstock Chelsea boots. I don’t like a heel, so I wanted something thin and zero drop. While he seemed a bit confused as to why I’d neglect a heel, he did it for me no problem. Said he would be done by the weekend, and I got the text early to pick them up. I’m pretty sure he was trying to reassure me that he COULD still add a heel if I wanted it. Very sweet.

I’m happy. And I don’t have to get rid of my shoes and buy new ones.

Honest feedback regarding possible repair and possible area that may not be 100% due to damage. I appreciated that and it set the expectations. Very professional amd prompt service.

I needed the soles re-attached on a nice pair of dress shoes. They were starting to come apart. It’s not easy because you have to remove the whole sole and reattach it, and sometimes that makes it look like it’s not the original shoe. But they did a great job! You can’t tell that the shoes have been repaired. Excellent work.
