“Five stars for Russ and Lawrenz Contracting is not enough. I met with Russ, the owner, on a Tuesday. He was so nice. He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. A different local roofing contractor replaced our roof the first two times, and they did a good job.
