Don't pay attention to the reviews, especially anything from further back than a year. I talked to one of the managers there trying to understand why all the bad reviews and much of it derived from an employee who was rude to customers that they got rid of over a year ago. They were extremely helpful, and help me get a suit tailored, two suits dry cleaned and a shirt pressed in less than a day, and did that at no additional charge because it was my first time there. These guys are awesome!
Jay did a fantastic job helping me out in a pinch. I dropped my work uniforms off on Friday afternoon. I found out Saturday morning I would have to leave for a work trip early Monday afternoon, and my uniforms were scheduled to be ready after 5 Monday.. I was stressed that I wouldn’t have my uniforms before having to catch a flight. Jay went out of his way to ensure that my order would be rushed and ready on time. Some people have left mixed reviews, but Jay took care of me. My experience has been fantastic with Imperial Cleaners, and I’ll continue to use them as my neighborhood dry cleaner.
Plenty of negative reviews from years ago, might be under new management. My experience was amazing, my previous dry cleaners is close to work and I had to try this place out of need and proximity to the house, I am switching as I am amazed and pleased at the results.
