Overall, Lapels Cleaners has a good track record of not losing garments and is a trusted choice for cleaning needs, despite minor scheduling issues.
I initially had a frustrating experience after dropping off two bags for wash and fold. My order was delayed, some items were processed incorrectly, and several pieces were missing. Communication at the time was lacking, and I wasn’t getting clear answers about where my clothes were or when they would be ready.
However, the owner reached out to me personally, took the time to address the situation, and ultimately resolved the issue. I really appreciate the effort to make things right and the willingness to stand behind the business. While my initial experience wasn’t ideal, I’m grateful that the problem was eventually resolved.

They are prompt completing each cleaning order I bring - big or small. All the staff are courteous and efficient. Fast check out. No-hustle re-do if they miss a spot (rarely in five years we’ve used them). I don’t use it, but they have pick-up and drop-off service and they text you when your order is ready. They’re great!
