Their exceptional customer service goes beyond the typical smiles and quick superficial topics to appear engaged and caring as expected by supervisors or owners. In here, the kindness and care is demonstrated every second. From the moment you entered, Ms. Lindsie greets you and makes eye contact and truly acknowledge takes place. She is also literally at least with my family - always working with my crazy schedule and finds a way to make it work for me an my 3 children. My daughter looks forward to say hi to hear daily and has asked me to go just to say hi. The president Dr. Kevin, leads by example, at least with their clients lol! I have only interacted with him very few times, but I saw how he interacted with my daughter and he was caring, detailed, and made her feel safe at all times. Not to mentioned he was very respectful and conscious about describing everything he was doing during the evaluation in order for me to understand and make sure my daughter was comfortable. Mr. Goldman, who I have only interacted with him once, I believe he was assisting in the front due to Ms. Lu needing some time off. He was funny and receptive to my children, something I have to say I see very little in Chief Operating Officers. In regards to Dr. Waller, I have to say this. I feel safe with him working with me and my children. He has demonstrated such patience with them and a way to switch his approach based on their individual needs that not everyone can. He definitely notices you and makes eye contact in a way that tells the clients he is present and not thinking in something else. He follows up in conversation you shared with him during previous visits and is very respectful with his interactions.In regards to the adjustments, I was very skeptical about them and didn’t believe at all on this until I started to notice the difference and the improvement. I had neck pain often and headaches and within 3 weeks, the neck pain was gone, same with the lower back pain. I was in the middle of recovery from a bad fall and head injury and I could feel the improvement. Now, that I was involved in a car accident and I have discomfort and definitely can tell the difference in the effect that it had in my body, I can’t wait to start feeling better again .“

“I went to Results Physiotherapy to avoid surgery on my foot. With severe plantar fasciitis and bone spurs on my feet, I could hardly walk. I worked exclusively with Kendrick for over 2 months and my symptoms improved nearly 100%. I still have to watch out for the bone spurs and go out and run 5 miles, but with the work I did with Kendrick and the exercises he gave me, my foot improved and was strengthened.
