DRMC took the time to diagnose the issues with my elbow, shoulder and eventually back and provided not only in office exercises and manual therapy but a great list of at home exercises to speed the recovery. They also guided me through how to adjust my gym workouts during the recovery process so that I did not have to completely abandon my routine. Today all three areas of concern are fully functional with virtrually no pain or limitations. I am able to do my full gym routine with no weight or range of motion restrictions.
