“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the OrthoTexas Plano PT team! I had my first major injury in my life as a 38 year old and tore my ACL and meniscus in January 2023. My OrthoTexas Frisco surgeon (shout out to Dr. K!) had me start PT about a month before my knee surgery and immediately following my surgery. No part of me is low maintenance, so the PT team really had a lot to handle, ha. For every, single appointment, they were always on time, always gave me undivided attention, and were super thorough in explaining how and what I should be doing at home to help in my knee recovery journey. I followed their instructions 98% of the time and less than 6 months post-knee surgery, I am back to doing all of the things I was pre-injury (except skiing - but that is 100% a choice on my part, 0/5 stars for skiing).The OrthoTexas Plano PT team is the best of the best! Not only do they absolutely know what they are doing, they also are hilarious and provided a really bright spot for me during some really mentally tough times during my recovery. I am glad to have my knee back but I am sad to not need this team anymore! PSA to everyone: do your PT! And do it at OrthoTexas Plano!“
