“I was referred to Brad Black the VP on the team at High Performance Roofing through my insurance agent. I value honest transparent discussions and recommendations based on my situation. Brad and team certainly succeeded in achieving that. As opposed to pressuring me towards filing an unnecessary roof claim we shifted focus to repairs (repairs cost less than deductible) which was minor and saved me thousands out of pocket. Additionally, Brad conducted an exterior inspection of my house and provided an assessment on windows as many required replacement. Similarly, Brad was transparent with the windows discussion and was more educating as opposed to pressuring as you will encounter with many window sales people. The pricing was certainly in the realm of reasonable with market. I consider the difference I could have saved as value I received from Brad and team!

“By far the best roofers in DFW metroplex. 2250 sq ft home done in one day. Very skilled people with many years of experience that did flawless job ! Also such great care in protecting rest of house while work being done. I went all over yard with magnet trying to find dropped nails and could not find one ! Each time Jordon has personally taken care and overseen project from first inspection to finish, and done an excellent job of working with insurance company, helping us with claim.

Each time Jordon has personally climbed the roof and inspected before claim and after his crew has completed work. He has gone above and beyond to personally check and touch up sealant, checking for nails or anything missed by his crew etc as needed He genuinely takes pride in his work.

His is in my opinion a very good crew who do quality job. His also does work meeting GAF standard.

“Our roof has a leak since May 2025 after we had our roof replaced by Renfined Roofing out of Prosper. Leak is coming from the wind turbine they replaced.
So being concerned about other damages like mold, mildew, sheetrock attic flooring, insulation, etc.

Plano came out for the attic inspection. He thoroughly checked for the water damage and he stated that he could see where it has been leaking. He took several pics and showed us.
Luckily he said no additional damages but eventually it will get worse and cause other issues.
We were so grateful that he was honest and professional.
