“They immediately made me feel welcomed! They walked me through the studio and explained how it worked. There are several different class options at different lengths, from 15 to 45min (depending on the workout). There's yoga, Pilates, rowing, spin, etc. each class is in a small heated studio with fit up to 3 people, but often times you're alone. You can change the temperature from inside or outside the studio!I tried iso, and it was a fantastic workout in 36ish mins. I kept the temperature around 125-130 throughout. Do note you need a specific yoga mat that can withstand the head. However, they have some there to rent!”
