I am a Club Pilates passport member (highest price point for unlimited classes in the US). I have done Pilates at clubs in California, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, British Columbia, Tennessee & Minnesota. I placed myself on the waitlist for an evening class. I then awaited the text message letting me know I was in the class. None came. I found later that evening 845pm an email that I was admitted. I was charged a $15.00 no-show fee. I immediately called the studio and left a message. I also followed up with a call the next day (called 4x to get someone to answer) to request a courtesy refund.
