On my latest visit, Technician Dazie took care of my initial testing and actually performed annual testing that Dr. Shrum usually performs. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and her engaging personality was both informative and entertaining. Dr. Shrum always takes the time to review my current vision status and eye health with me, check for any complaints / concerns, then provided recommendations for future eye health and treatments. “I normally rate Mann Eye at a 5, but this time there were some problems with the technician, who had difficulty getting an accurate reading for my glaucoma eye pressure, using two different devices and finally calling another tech to complete the exam. I appreciate his being willing to turn it over to another, but it made for a longer, more stressful examination than should have been.“

Gabrielle was my attending and made my experience there very nice and welcoming and was able to help me get the cheapest and best quality glasses. I was there for a little bit but there was only 3 people and all were busy. Anthony was the manager at this location and was also very helpful when there was a little snag when trying to price me out“
