I really enjoyed talking with the owner and she has done a fantastic job on my hair, and she's amazing and taking her time to listen to what u want done on your hair. I would definitely come back to see her , for my next travel. Keep up the great 😃 work.

I have been going to Nay for over 10 years. She saved me and my hair when another stylist damaged it. She is very reasonable with her prices and she does excellent work. She cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. To the previous comments by Maggie and Katarina they don’t know the whole story. Nay has been having phone issues since January. She has spent hours on the phone with Frontier whom she has a business contract with and cannot get out of her contract currently. She has been on the phone as well with cell carriers and the problem is still not resolved as Frontier says everything is fine on their end. I went to Pro Image Salon after a bad experience at another place, and I’m really glad I decided to try them. Nay, my stylist, did an awesome job correcting my hair and giving me the men’s perm I had originally wanted. She clearly knew what she was doing and took the time to walk me through how to take care of it afterward, which I appreciated.

The whole visit was really laid-back—the atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and I was honestly close to falling asleep while she was putting in the rollers. My hair turned out exactly how I hoped, especially after how the last place left it. Definitely happy I came here and would come back again.
