We had a fantastic experience with Military Plumbing. Our service technician, Rowdy Cherry, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly walk us through all of the options for our hot water heater replacement.
You could immediately tell Rowdy takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation and the overall experience. After the job was completed, he carefully explained how the new system worked and made sure hot water was being delivered properly to every service point in the house before leaving.

HUGE thank you to the one and only Jacob Telkamp!!! This guy is the reason we love this company so much! They are all great but Jacob is 10 stars!!! We had so many issues, issues no other company could adress, or even fix. Jacob has been with us from the very beginning through every issue we kept having he had a solution every time not only was he completely knowledgeable, reliable, kind, professional, etc., but he taught us so much, about our hone that we didn't even know. Haven't used them yet, but they gave me an estimate for work. Very professional, upfront, without high pressure sales. Edit: ended up using them to replace two water heaters. They did a great job. They did their best to limit damage and be mindful of our home. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.
