I have used FPP now 3 times. I live at Shops at Legacy. FPP answers there phone immediately. They give you an estimate over the phone which is accurate. Excellent pricing. They come immediately and do professional work. They fixed an upstairs toilet. Changed my outdoor faucet. I just had a clog in my upstairs sink and they came immediately. It’s like old time professional service. I highly recommended them!! Satisfied customer in Plano.
FPP came out when we had a shower backing up. I called the night before and they were here the next day. Super professional and found there was minor root damage. I was expecting a full sale on a dig out of the house but he just advised watching and no try of an upsell. I’ll definitely be calling them for future needs
I used FPP recently to clear a main log clog that flooded part of my home and to replace the toilet flange/wax ring where the water had backed into the house. Denys was my plumber and he was fantastic. He was patient, careful, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned everything up nicely afterwards. He discovered that the original builder flange install was not done properly and spent the extra time to fix the flooring so that everything would balance correctly. All price quotes were done up front and were extremely fair and reasonable, and the company responded to all inquiries almost instantly. Highly recommend these folks!
