They are able to handle my complicated situation with multiple accounts and payment methods as a family caregiver. They do a recurring clean at my own house, showing a lot of flexibility as to varied cleaning needs, as well as a regular clean of my elderly parents' entire (pretty cluttered) apartment without complaint. Cleaners are always on time, friendly, conscientious, and hard-working. They come in teams of two and have no problem working around my parents, who are usually there when the apartment is being cleaned. My folks feel comfortable and safe around them, and Mom has been impressed with how hard they work. Mom tends to save a lot of haphazard leftovers, and the cleaners recently did an amazingly thorough job of cleaning out their fridge. Also very flexible with requests as far as scheduling.”
