He was extremely responsive and got to us quickly and helped walk me through everything I needed to do. He was very knowledgeable in his field and made the remediation a breeze.
We used Servpro for the restoration process as well and Nick did a great job. He met in person. Explained what was being done, made any changes we requested and followed through. Last week, we had an incident that required three phone calls, a plumber, ServPro, and the insurance agent. Vincent got assigned as the Mitigation Project Manager and was exceptionally prompt in responding. By close of business the next day, he had an estimate for the remediation.
