“Overall great experience. My only critique and the reason why I did not give 5 stars is for lack of communication on time. I received an additional charge for them staying over past the time they booked me for. This is my first time ever using a cleaning service so I may not be used to the etiquette. I would have appreciated if I was told there would be an extra charge or a call to let me know. They also didn’t get to finish my front area due to time. Which I have no problem with, but letting me know in advance would have been nice as this is not a cheap service. Not sure if I will go with this company again as I will try others to compare. But overall they were pleasant to work with, it’s just what I expected as far as communication. The cleaning of what they was able to finish was GREAT? Stephanie was really nice and Sophie was nice as well.”
