In early 2023, I was ready to start a fitness journey but apprehensive as I was new to the gym scene. I knew that I needed and wanted to find a place that was going to provide me plenty of guidance and be attentive to my personal fitness needs. The trainers at BBD do just that and so much more. Since joining BBD, not only do I feel better physically, but I also feel so supported by the BBD community. As a busy mom and teacher, it’s so important to me to have a support network that helps me to stay motivated and focused on my health and well-being goals. If you’re looking for a gym in the Austin area this is the place to be!

I had been looking for a new gym for a while and I came across Bodies by Design. I went in for a consultation with no expectations and Fred blew me away with his passion and knowledge of fitness. I was also impressed that he had so many long-term clients. One of my concerns before starting was getting bored with the workouts but they have a lot of variety and the hour goes by before you know it.I haven't been going for that long but I already miss it when I can't make it to a class. I'm so glad I found this gem!
