Lisa is super helpful and gave me a great deal on a class pack. I like the workouts a lot and they are very efficient.
Having gone to other f45 locations, I think they could improve here on the music especially (it's a lot of pop and some country, which for me is not motivating).
Some instructors are much better than others with offering actual hands-on guidance during class rather than simple encouragement (other f45s I've visited are more involved in form correction, spotting, helping to push out more reps, etc.).
I also would be more inclined to go if the class pack expired in 3 months vs 1-2 months but I think that's an overall company policy...read full review
All the workouts are AMAZING !!! All of the Coaches Super supportive and encouraging and get to know you, a great community of people all on different journeys. Joining Was the best decision I've ever made.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The world are the universal F45 you expect. They typically finish with an extended stretch/ col down which I appreciate.
