“I had my first appointment with Amber and the moment I walked in, it felt like I knew her my whole life.Her customer service skills are amazing as not only did she advise me of every step during my lash removal (I had a set from another artist ), but she took the time to do a brief consultation . We discussed what lengths & set I wanted as well as she advised of what lengths she used on me. She also took the time to write the lengths down so she will remember for my fills. When I responded I had not, she recommended we do a trial run to check for allergies. That immediately impressed me. At my first appointment she explained the "science" behind eyelashes. I was WOW'd. She is very professional. She inquires about your comfort during the entire procedure“
