“Last year we contracted gateway for our build. I won’t say there was not issues or disagreements - this is inevitable with any project - Gateway went above and beyond to ensure our build went as smooth as possible. When issues did arise the owner [Deven Shuler] found a solution every time.

If I could go back and start from the beginning -

* I would make sure to get concrete estimates from the owner in person
* I would get estimates for addtl dirt needed from owner in person.
* I would hire a professional company for entry doors to ensure accountability for operation.
* make sure to confirm ALL measurements and heights BEFORE build commences
* shop door gaps addressed during build
* gutters included

These are issues that came up during the build and I won’t lie - was irritated at the time but - the owner addressed EVERY issue - some with addtl cost and some without - the point is, gateway never left us hanging - they addressed everything professionally. No build is ever perfect but what matters is how they are addressed when they arise. Gateway gets 5 stars for this.“
