“I have had James Kate Roofing out to my house several times, twice for leaks and twice for inspections. When we had a horizontal rain several years past, I nearly had my sheetrock collapse near my chimney. Called James Kate, and they not only repaired my entire chimney, but also pointed out five leaks...two by the builder, and three more by previous re-roofs by different companies due to incorrectly installed flashing. Earlier this year, I noticed a ceiling discoloration in the front living area. Again, due to incorrectly installed flashing. They not only repaired everything, but also put in thermal barrier under the shingles. Hopefully won't need a roof replacement soon, but will call James Kate if that occurs.“

“I was notified by my new homeowners Insurance that the underwriters would not be able to insure us because of our old roof. It needed to be replaced. I went to Angie’s list and was referred to Platform Roofing. Their Associate Ryan contacted me and we agreed upon him coming by later that day. Ryan presented the information about the installation process and the quality of the composite shingles (Lifetime warranty (50 years)). The quote provided was a blessing from God, based on what friends and family had told us to expect. We scheduled the installation for Saturday. The contractors were there bright and early and completed the project the same day for the most part with additional cleanup Sunday afternoon.
