Skylar replaced my roof three years ago, and ever since, he has continued to go above and beyond. Any time there is a storm, he never hesitates to come back out, inspect my roof, and give me peace of mind with a free inspection.
Most recently, after a moderate hail and windstorm, I called Skylar, and he came out the very same day to make sure everything was okay. Thankfully, there was no new damage—but his honesty, compassion, and genuine commitment to helping his customers truly stand out. We had a few shingles blow off when tornadoes were passing by. We called Firefighter Roofing and they went out the same day to give us an estimate for repair.
Chad Hopkins arrived and decided the repairs were so minor, and he had the needed shingles in his vehicle - so he just did the repair right then at no expense to us.
The firm was professional and polite and easy to work with. Also, just very fast acting, which we can all appreciate.
So, he definitely earned our future business and will be a first point of contact for all of our roofing needs. Which in Texas is quite often.
