Joe Hall Roofing, particularly Brandy Cotter, project coordinator, has been helping me for about 3 1/2 years through the laborious process of a warranty claim with a roofing manufacturer. Jon Harrington was the first one to spot and alert me to the problem with the materials on my roof, He made at least two trips to my home to take drone pictures of my roof to send to the manufacturer.
