A major concern I had was a previous issue with a leaky front porch under a metal porch covering that caused rotting underneath. This had been repaired twice supposedly but was still a problem. Also, Veritas uncovered issues with a low slope area in the rear of the house where the decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. Most roofers I think would have just covered up the problem.
