“Harris Plumbing (now Capital Plumbing but same team) is the ONLY reliable company I have dealt with through these last few years when natural disasters have made it "acceptable" for companies to not have good business ethics. Harris has maintained the same policies as before the storms. No drama when they arrive, and they arrive on time. I always get a call when they are on their way. They don't "make up" issues.
