Benchmark Plumbing
“We had a fantastic experience with Benchmark Plumbing from start to finish.
They installed our new water heater, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly refreshing. They were upfront, transparent, and took the time to explain everything before the work began, which gave us a lot of confidence in our decision.
The installation crew was incredibly polite, respectful, and efficient. They answered all of our questions, made sure we understood what to watch for with the new unit, helped us get our warranty information, and left everything clean when they were finished.
They also hauled our enormous, dusty old water heater down our rickety attic stairs without a single complaint. I definitely didn’t envy that job, but they handled it like pros.
It’s hard to find companies that combine quality workmanship with honesty and great customer service, but Benchmark Plumbing absolutely did. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.”
