“Thought we had a serious problem! On recommendations we called R&B which I was told was in Buna, TX. The owner sent me an immeadiate text saying he would call me right back, which he did! I informed him of what we thought might have been our problem and he quickly gave me a couple of things to try. We thought we'd might have had leak in a copper line coming through the slab!!! After some more looking it was found that the guys who delivered our new fridge the day before had hooked up our ice maker line but neglected to tighten it before moving it back against the wall!! We pulled it out and found the problem and I tightened the fittings and stopped the leak. We had a good mess to clean up and I called R&B back to tell the owner what I found and cancel the call out. Even though I didn't need to have the plumbers come out, I will use then when I do need them because of the quick response and honest effort to help me!!!“
