“I needed a plumbing repair for a leak in my crawl space and a full replacement of the water service line from the house to the meter. Eddie did an excellent job from start to finish and made the whole process easy. He first inspected the issue and clearly explained my plumbing repair options in simple terms. Then he went into the crawl space to check the damaged pipe and fully assess the problem. He handled everything professionally and did not hesitate to deal with a difficult situation in order to reach the broken line. After inspecting the pipe, he walked me through the best fix, and we agreed that replacing the full service line and repairing the crawl space piping was the right solution. Before leaving, Eddie prepared the estimate on site and sent it straight to my phone for approval. That made it very convenient to move forward quickly with the plumbing work. He scheduled the job right away, stayed in touch, and even sent me a text update when he was running a little late, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he got right to work and completed a major amount of plumbing in just a few hours. He dug a long trench from the house to the meter, removed the old PVC water line, repaired the damaged pipe in the crawl space, installed a new outdoor faucet, and ran a new PEX water line with a shut-off valve and valve box. He also cleaned up the yard when the work was finished, leaving the area neat and orderly. What stood out most was how straightforward, hardworking, and knowledgeable Eddie was the entire time. He answered every question I had, explained the repair process well, and made me feel confident about the work being done. The quality of the plumbing service, communication, and cleanup were all outstanding. I would gladly give more than five stars for this experience.“

Almost unbelivable that we found this level of professional, conscientious, experienced, veteran owned company to work on our Entegra Cornerstone coach.
