I called Mize Plumbing after the plumber I had an appointment with called and cancelled my appointment 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be here. The receptionist was nice and attentive. I told her I wanted to update my bathrooms and needed 3 toilets removed and replaced asap and I took off work to get this done. She told me she would check the scheduling and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called me back and told me the plumber would fit me in after lunch. True to their word, they were at my house in an hour. 2 man crew, very professional, very polite and extremely efficient. They installed 3 toilets in 2 hours and charged me a very fair price. I gave them a call for a rental property I was having trouble with the main line backing up. I'm somewhat familiar and did some troubleshooting before calling them out but even so I could not solve the problem. This outfit showed up in a nice van equipped with everything they needed to finish the job without having to leave. The guys were kind and professional, but most of all knowledgeable enough to figure the problem out in just a couple of minutes and get to work to solving it. I am very impressed with these guys and recommend you giving them a try
